NOTICE FROM THE COMMITTEE

The ownership of Broome Park was transferred from Diamond Resorts (Europe) Ltd on 14th December 2017 through an agreed sale to Summit Developments Ltd, a Company owned by Hong Kong based Pyrrho Management Ltd.

Summit Developments have applied to the Supreme Court to be joint appellants with Diamond Resorts in their application to the Supreme Court for the hearing on 5th July 2018.

Summit Developments have contracted the day to day management of Broome Park Estate (including the golf course) to a management Company called Countrywide Hotels. The business is named “Broome Park Hotel”.

The plans of the new owners are not yet apparent but should not effect the legal rights of use of the Broome Park Estate by Regency Villas occupiers as decreed by the Court of Appeal. These are being respected and occupiers should not notice any difference during occupation.

When the plans of the new Owners become clear the Committee will report further.

His Honour Judge Purle QC announced his Judgement of the legal dispute, RVOC v Diamond Resorts(Europe) Ltd. in the High Court, Birmingham on Monday 7th December 2015 in favour of RVOC.
