Dating back to the 17th century, the estate is a unique backdrop for a relaxing holiday, where history, nature, and comfort come together.



Whether you’re visiting for a short break, a longer stay, or considering shared ownership, our retreats are designed to help you unwind and enjoy Kent at your own pace.

A private, tranquil setting

The Regency Villas complex features 26 holiday bungalows tucked away within their own private walled enclave. This area was once the estate’s orchard garden and now offers a quiet, sheltered spot within the grounds that feels both exclusive and welcoming.


The space and privacy provided by our villas makes them especially popular with couples, families, and groups who want the freedom of self-contained accommodation while still enjoying the wider setting and amenities of Broome Park, including its leisure facilities, swimming pool, and golf course.

Designed for comfort

Each Regency Villas holiday bungalow has been designed to provide everything you need for a relaxed, enjoyable stay. The layout is practical yet inviting, offering plenty of space to socialise and rest.


Our retreats feature:


  • An open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchenette
  • Two bedrooms with en-suite facilities
  • Comfortable furnishings and a bright, airy feel throughout


The master bedroom boasts a king-size double bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite shower room, making it perfect for family members or guests.



To provide additional flexibility, all holiday bungalows include a full-sized double sofa bed in the lounge area. Some villas also have junior-sized bunk beds set into a recess within the twin bedroom. For comfort and safety, a strict maximum occupancy of six people, including babies and children, applies to all villas.

A home from home in Kent

The spacious lounge area is comfortably furnished and designed for relaxation. After a day exploring Kent or enjoying the grounds of Broome Park, guests can unwind in front of their Smart TV or simply enjoy time together in the peace and quiet.


The dining area sits alongside the kitchenette, which is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Facilities include:

Practical information for guests and owners

To ensure transparency and comfort for all guests and owners, a few practical points are worth noting:


  • Villas accommodate a maximum of six people, including children and babies
  • Accommodation is fully self-contained, with two en-suite bedrooms, lounge, dining area, and kitchenette
  • Annual management fees apply for owners and are payable per villa, per week, on 1st January each year
  • All villas are fully electric
  • Electricity usage is metered, with readings taken on arrival and departure and charged accordingly
  • No pets are permitted at the resort
