The Villas are situated within the surrounds of the beautiful old Broome Park country estate, which dates back to the 16th Century, thus creating an ideal setting for a tranquil holiday.

The Regency Villas complex comprises of 26 delightful holiday homes set in their own private walled area of what was the Estates vegetable garden in centuries past

Each villa comprises of an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchenette and 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities

The master bedroom has a queen size double bed complete with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite shower room. A double sofa bed is provided in the lounge area. Some villas have junior bunk beds in the recess area of the twin bedroom, but a strict maximum occupation of 6 persons is permitted in all villas.

The spacious lounge area is comfortably furnished and Sky digital TV channels are provided. There is a dining area with adjacent kitchenette, equipped with microwave oven, 4-ring hob and oven, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities.

You can enjoy a holiday adventure at Broome Park by renting a villa, or better still why not share in villa ownership by purchasing one or more villa weeks at this beautiful resort.

Your property will be looked after the whole year through until your ownership period comes around again.

The villas are designed to accommodate a maximum of six people. Each villa is self contained with two bedrooms en suite, lounge and dining room, kitchenette, fully equipped.

All villas have a full sized bed settee in the lounge, and some villas have junior sized bunk beds situated in a recess area in the twin room.

Annual Management Fees, your share of managing and maintaining the villas, are payable per villa per week on 1st January each year

The villas are all electric. The electricity meter reading is recorded on your arrival and departure and your usage charged to your account on departure.
