Regency Villas Owners Club was founded in 1981 when Gulf Leisure completed their development of the Broome Park Estate.

A Committee was formed at the outset to represent the owners' interests and to oversee the independent company appointed to manage the Regency Villas. That arrangement continued until 1989 when the management company were disbanded.

In order to save and reserve the legal right to the freehold, the Committee immediately took full control of the management of the Villas. That revised arrangement has continued to the present day.

The Committee of 4 elected owners meets regularly to ensure that the villas are maintained to the high standards expected by the owners and visitors and the Chairman visits the Regency Villas at least every other week.

Villa sales and rentals are dealt with by the Reception Office, where our on-site Regency Villas staff are available to assist with any enquiries you may have.
